Denmark, ca. 1960s. A large Model 12 dining table by Niels Møller for JL Møllers. Features sturdy teak construction with a generous rectangular top supported by a softly curved apron that elegantly transitions to sculptural tapered legs. Two 22.75” self-storing leaves easily pull out when needed - creating a subtle floating effect. Smartly designed with an almost Shaker feel, it easily seats eight to ten - possibly twelve - dining companions. Professionally refinished, the condition is excellent - with a warm tone and rich luster to the wood.
Dimensions: 70.75 long × 40.75 wide × 29 high; each leaf measures 22.75” for a total length of 116.25” when both extended.
