USA, ca. 1960s. An awesome and intriguing triangular side or occasional table. Features finely sculpted black walnut and rosewood construction - with a level of craftsmanship that is on par with the best of American studio woodworkers. Very much in the style of Sam Maloof or Arthur Espenet Carpenter - yet by an anonymous, albeit completely talented hand. So much so that our woodworker wanted to take it home! Professionally and sensitively refinished, the condition is mint with incredible luster.
A very special and beautiful thing - perfect next to a lounge chair, sofa, etc.
