Denmark, ca. 1950s. A handsome two-piece storage unit in old growth teak from the RY-100 series by Hans Wegner for Ry Møbler. Features a free standing shelving unit with three shelves - two of which are adjustable. Cleverly perches atop the two-door storage cabinet with a subtle reveal that creates a useful surface. Cabinet interior is finished in birch - and includes one wide adjustable shelf. Subtle brass hardware is both elegant and extremely satisfying to open and close.
Lightly refurbished to preserved patina, the condition is excellent. An attractive and versatile design perfect for a home office, living room, or even used separately as two different pieces.
