USA, ca. 1960s. An impressive sideboard by Bernhard Pedersen. Features teak construction with two large tambour doors that open to reveal a central bank of four shallow dovetailed drawers perfect for flatware and linens. Left and right cabinets each contain an adjustable shelf ideal for china, serving pieces, etc. Beveled front edge, carved pulls, and flared base all contribute to an overall sense of visual lightness for such a sizable piece.
Professionally refinished - the condition is excellent with a rich and warm color to the teak.
