Norwegian Black Leather Lounge Chair & Ottoman

Norway, ca. 1960s. A handsome lounge chair with matching ottoman by Knut Sæter (1922-1989) for Vatne Møbler. Features sturdy high-back design with removable down-filled seat and back cushions - plus a slightly adjustable head rest. Solid teak frame includes soft and simple lines with graceful flared arms - a thoughtful detail that is repeated on the ottoman. Professionally refurbished, the wood presents beautifully - while the original leather retains an inviting lived-in feel.

In overall excellent vintage condition, this is sure to become your favorite chair for reading, naps, or a Scotch.

Dimensions: 30” wide x 35” deep x 39” high; 17” seat height (chair) / 27” wide x 16.5” deep x 16” high (ottoman).
