USA, ca. early 1900s. A handsome and quite comfortable Model 323 rocking chair by Gustav Stickley. Features solid oak frame with classic Mission details. Slightly curved high back and wide arms offer an accommodating seating experience sure to make this chair a household favorite. Rich espresso brown leather cushions have been freshly conditioned while the frame has been lightly - and sensitively - refurbished to preserve original finish. Stamp to back seat rail puts production between 1905 and 1912. Excellent antique condition.
A solid and collectible example of this design easily ready for another century of use.
