USA, ca. mid to late 19th century. A charming long bench constructed from one thick piece of ash. Features a pleasing organic from with hand turned splayed legs - each with a quirky rounded foot. Primitive with a great presence, this piece would be a perfect juxtaposition to a more modern space - or be right at home in a more traditional setting. Sturdy with an old finish - it is in overall very good antique condition.
