Norway, ca. 1980s. A classic articulating task lamp designed by Jac Jacobsen for Luxo. Features fully adjustable shade and arm, finished in white enameled metal with a yellow / white acrylic weighted base. Stylish and incredibly useful with versatile scale - this form is a staple in any office or study, or atop a side table at a reading chair or sofa. In overall excellent vintage condition. We rather like this variant’s smaller size and the fun, pop art feel of its seldom seen rectangular base.
