Canada, ca. 1960s. A great little table lamp by Gunnar & Lotte Bostlund for Lotte Lamps. Features handmade ceramic body with subtle rounded cylindrical form finished in a matte white glaze. Casts a lovely warm light when illuminated. Perfect as an accent lamp - or even on a bedside table. Professionally rewired and fitted with a new linen shade. Overall excellent vintage condition.

Originally from Copenhagen, the Bostlund family made their way to Toronto in the early 1950s. By the 1960s, their handmade lamps were retailed by stores such Georg Jensen and B. Altman.
