USA, ca. 1950s. A versatile pair of side tables produced by a local woodworker - most likely from a Klaus Grabe design kit. Each features sturdy oak construction with a rectangular beveled top supported by angled and tapered legs. Clean and modernist - yet with handmade appeal - these would be great in a cottage, cabin, or even a small guest room as bedside tables. Lightly refurbished with attractive patina, the condition is excellent.
