Denmark, ca. 1960s. A stunning long sideboard by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Faarup. Features high quality teak construction with elegant tambour doors that open to reveal two large cabinets with adjustable shelves. Four drawers to right side are perfect for lines, flatware, etc. Sculptural flared pulls and Kofod-Larsen’s signature integrated legs soften the piece’s lines adding an appealing organic touch. A rare example with a finished back, this cabinet could easily float in a space serving as a room divider or console.
Professionally refinished, the condition is excellent with appealing graining to wood surface.
