Denmark, ca. 1960s. An impressive Model FM 60 executive desk by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik. Features thoughtful old growth teak construction with six nicely sized drawers - each finished with Kristiansen’s signature carved pulls. Wide floating top is supported by elegantly tapered legs - while the three cubbies to front provide an unexpected location for books, ceramics, decorative objects, etc. Would look stunning centered in a room - and is sure to become the focal point of any home office or den. Professionally refinished, the condition is excellent - with a rich tone to wood surface.
