Denmark, ca. 1960s. A handsome architectural wall mounted desk or console designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen. Executed in rosewood with subtle detailing, brass hardware and a black laminate work surface visible when the console is in its desk configuration. Three dovetailed drawers with recessed bottom edge pulls are each nicely beveled to integrate with the frame. Refined design built by expert cabinet makers in Denmark.
Mounts flush to the wall, fastener holes accessible through drawer openings. Original decal still intact. Faithfully restored, this piece is ready to be installed.
Dimensions: 59” wide x 12” deep (23” when open) x 8.5” high.
