USA, ca. 1950s. An attractive pair of ottomans or accent stools by Paul McCobb for Calvin. Each features classic and minimalist “x base” design in brass with appealing and honest patina. Freshly upholstered in a dark charcoal Danish wool, which provides a pleasing contrast to the metal frame.
Pleasantly proportioned with great lines, these would make great footstools, fireside stools, or even do well placed side by side in a foyer or hallway. Overall excellent vintage condition.
