USA, ca. 1970s. A versatile pair of ottomans or occasional stools very much in the style of Milo Baughman. Each features a cube-shaped chromed steel frame with comfortable upholstered seat. Sturdy with good scale, these would do well paired with a sofa / loveseat - or on their own next to a fireplace, in foyer, or even at the foot of one’s bed. Place a tray on top of one - and voilà - you have an impromptu side table. Freshly covered in a dark green Danish wool from Maharam. Quite useful and in excellent condition.
